As a therapy registry, TRS offers the best possible solution to your temporary staffing needs.  Whether it’s a vacation or maternity leave that is scheduled months in advance or an immediate need due to illness, our therapists are exactly what you’re looking for! 

Placement Team

Our staff members are among the best in their fields and will have the experience necessary to fit in perfectly.    To ensure appropriate placements, all therapists are screened at the time of hire for competencies for specific medical assignments.  Our Therapy Placement Team carefully considers the skills required for each staffing request and is diligent in choosing a therapist with the appropriate training and skills to meet those requirements.  Long-term bookings are also available when your needs require extended coverage.

Staff Qualifications

Our extensive pre-employment checks assure you that our therapists are carefully screened. Each member of our staff has been individually qualified and is working within the scope of their license, education and expertise.  Our therapists meet even the most stringent credential requirements of JCAHO and Medicare Certified facilities including drug screens and background checks, fingerprint clearances, current CPR, TB tests, and OSHA and HIPPA training.   All professional licenses are verified to be current, valid and unrestricted.  We have an ongoing quality assurance policy to guarantee that only the most competent healthcare personnel are on our staff.  We welcome feedback from our clients at any time and we will strive to keep an open line of communication to make certain that we are meeting and exceeding your needs and expectations.

Scheduling and Billing

TRS provides qualified staff at your request.  Therapists are available seven days a week.  You may contact one of our placement specialists by phone or email to request a therapist for your facility.    We appreciate as much advance notice as possible. You will be contacted to confirm a therapist is available and confirm your request.   Our Scottsdale office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  For emergency staffing situations after hours and on weekends, our placement specialists can be reached on their cell phones.
You will be billed an hourly rate for each clinician you request (certain minimums may apply).   As the employer, TRS is responsible for payroll taxes, providing our staff members with professional liability insurance and workman’s compensation, and completing all the other paperwork that goes along with having an employee.  This can be a simple and cost effective solution to your long or short term staffing needs.
