TRS offers a generous compensation package that includes a year round salary with all the school holidays and summer vacation off! Orientation and Support

TRS’s Clinical Training Director, Debbie Wise-Duff, M.A. S.L.P., provides training and orientation for our school- based employees prior to the start of each school year to familiarize them with the roles and responsibilities of therapists in the schools. Programs such as IDEA, NCLB, and multi-disciplinary evaluation requirements are also covered. Debbie is available the entire school year for additional guidance and support.
TRS maintains an extensive library of resource materials for our employees to use. Therapy tools and games, testing material and other useful items are available for your use with your students.

Continuing Education

TRS provides an on-going Continuing Education Program for our therapists. Monthly in-service presentations are offered on a variety of subjects of interest to therapists. This program allows therapists to expand their base of knowledge, update skills and network with other therapists in their fields. In addition, reimbursement money is available for Continuing Education courses offered outside the company to fulfill the renewal requirements for professional licenses.

Optional Summer Work!

Take your salary to the next level! Supplement your school salary with optional summer work in medical settings! Highly paid hourly placements are available for any number of days or hours you want to work. Training and orientation is available from our Clinical Training Director, Debbie Wise-Duff, M.A, S.L.P. Debbie has more than thirty years of clinical and management experience and provides on-going support to our employees who wish to transition to medical settings.

Spanish Immersion

Learn the Spanish Language in beautiful LaPaz, Mexico! Instructors are native Mexicans with university degrees and experience in teaching Spanish as a second language. Healthcare program students are grouped together for classes and have an option to observe and use the language in clinical settings. Students live with carefully chosen Mexican families to learn everyday language skills in this exciting total immersion program.
