I’m a supervisor, now what do I do? What can my SLPA/CF/Student intern do and stay within their scope of practice under my supervision? What are my responsibilities as a supervisor? These are a few of the many questions that SLPs have after taking on the responsibility as a supervisor in our field. This course will provide answers to all those questions and more. ASHA and the state of Arizona guidelines and regulations for supervision for SLPAs, CFs and student interns will be covered. You will leave the course with a clear understanding of the SLPs role with supervision as well as resources and ideas for managing all the responsibilities.
This course will cover the 2020 ASHA requirement for Supervision: Professional Development Requirement
